Livingston Community Health
Brand Development & Campaign

 

Livingston Community Health is a non-profit community-owned health center located in California’s Central Valley. Their mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare services to all patients regardless of ability to pay. By the tail end of 2020, the organization was struggling to address an influx of patient needs and internal staffing and resource pressures; heightened no less by the state of the Covid-19 global pandemic.

The objective of our partnership with Livingston Community Health centered on a brand campaign to regain the trust and good faith of the surrounding community and inspire new and existing staff around the LCH mission. 

The resulting campaign, Your Home for Heath, was a celebration of the ethos that lives in the hearts and minds of all those associated with Livingston Community Health. Our team strived to demonstrate that the facility’s healthcare workers, and LCH by extension, live and belong to the very community they serve; and thus healthcare is more personal and meaningfully motivated. The work included executions across traditional OOH and social, along with digital, print, paid search, radio, and video.

Smart, simple, yet powerful, messaging replaced intimidating, sterile healthcare misconceptions with a feeling that is warm, inviting, friendly, and familiar — if not familial. Floods of bright, bold green became a visual cue for optimism while photography showcased the vibrant and diverse community right in their backyard and at their front door. As a whole, the campaign reflected the community-minded missions at LCH, and championed a brand that works tirelessly to overcome barriers to care for low income communities.
