E-Commerce Experience
and Retail Assets

 

Halston Heritage sought to refresh their existing e-commerce site in an effort to appeal to a younger, millennial demographic of women. Areas requiring improvement included better homepage design with a cleaner emphasis on the products, better navigation organization and search experience, and an overall improvement on capturing the minimalist, modern, and luxe qualities of the Halston brand.

In partnership with e-commerce development agency Symphony Commerce, I worked with my creative team to source inspiration that would address problem areas, audited websites of brands in similar markets, and employed metrics from Google Analytics to inform our decision about how to best feature the content that appeals to the current Halston customer. The results are fashionable, elegant, and effectively revive their e-commerce experience to reposition the brand and the retail of their products for timeless success.
